I want to clean out the clutter, replace the posters with pictures, and new curtains are definately in order. The problem is what to do about the dresser tops. Currently they're covered with ugly towels that cause slippage, and that's not cool. What would look nice is something must be on top, is clear plastic. So, does anyone know where I can get three pieces of thin clear plastic, because extra poster frame covers won't do it. Who could I find to cut the plastic down if I take the measurements by the way?

Yeah, I just woke up in the hour of midnight. Post tomorrow with your ideas. I should take some pictures of my room so you see what I mean.

I would think clear plastic could be bought at a Hardware store. I think if you have dimensions they'll cut them for you.

What about those "Easy liners" They are non adhesive multi purpose liners . The are made of latex and come in many colors.I used them to separate my TV. DVD player and Cable Box. They are very sturdy and look great.

They're definitely available at Lowes, Home Depot, I don't know if you have Value where you live but they might even be sold at Wal-mart and K mart.

You could also try Plexiglass. It's plastic but looks like glass. Here's an example. It's cheaper than real glass, and it can be cut and sanded like wood. Just an option.

I have an entire roll of storm window plastic over here. It's basically like garbage bag material.
Is that what you're looking for?
It's in 10ft by.....6ft rolls, me thinks. And I've got an entire roll I haven't touched, yet.

Those make good dividers for books too. They're pretty strong as well.
