seeds are nice too, and some lights, mabye a way to reclaim water and lets not forget guns for the zombie hordes that may or may not be radioactive mutants.

I'd figure the "center" to be your largest industrial park.

I already know there are 3 targets within the city limits, There is a place that makes microwaves chips for missiles, another that makes the wiring components, and a power plant.

I don't know what percentage I live close to the most industrial part of town. I would still consider 40% pretty close to destroyed.
