its been awhile since ive seen your smile, the streets are getting hot, feelin like I ran a mile, thats the way it had to be, whats done is done you treated me like crap, my hearts coming undone, time to call up da homies, I think theres an emergency my hearts dismantled, its about time for surgery they say I told you so, now im livin as a joke so lets inhale the smoke, feelin like im about to choke, it was a new day, never once thought you would, till I checked my phone, I swear I must have misunderstood you said we were done, now its all just begun, i take you back, feelin like its my lucky break, starting to wonder if everything was a mistake, tired of non-sense im through with this ache, baby your doin nothin but stressin me out, look at me now my hearts flow is about to enter a drought, im running on empty, whats this fuss about? here you go again pushin me away without a doubt, you never thought about whats comin out of ya mouth, you left me corrupted, my hearts been disrupted its been interrupted, it finally erupted, comin at me like a cardiac pump, in the ER barely survived, you happy now? you left your scar, my hearts sewed shut, its trapped in myanmar, the only one way to set me free, is with the key, but its to late, you made a mistake, R.I.P.

I like it. It suggests that after a moment of uneasiness the main person in this poem has picked himself up and risen above the troublesmome times.
