Even with a news article that seems a bit doubtful. Can they actually arrest you for that?

C'mon people, a kid arrested for farting in school? If they did that when we were kids we'd all be doing life! lol I agree I think it's a hoax even if it was made a news article. |

No way... Farting in school Illegal? If it is I would have been on Death Row by High School. ;D Can't tell you how many SBD's I launched in Grade School.  |

I woudl have been executed. More than once I had to write letters about etiquette. Or the old fashion "I will not fart in school
I will not fart in school
I will not fart in school.....
I wrote books like that but I still farted at school. ;D

Lol, they actually made you write "fart" Kim? When I was in school the teachers would only say "pass gas" or "break wind", the word fart was forbidden.

I know that was addressed to Kim but it was usually pass gas or break wind but there might have been a time when it was fart.

Ha, nice, that was something I thought was funny as a kid, no one was allowed to even say "fart" it was like "the other F word"

Dang, I'd have been sentenced to multiple life terms at least.  Watch out, here come the fart police.  I saw one time that someone was taken to court over a work place dispute about farting. The plaintiff said that his coworker would fart on him every chance he had, including "walking funny to get to me so he could pass gas in my cubicle". |

I'd be sentenced for life if farting was illegal. The teachers also were the same about not saying 'fart' in class. There were also some classes where if you farted and the teacher found out that it was you, you were either sent out in the hallway or given a detention. If someone farted during class and the teacher did not know who did it, they would lecture us about not 'passing gas' during class. |

Ripping one in class is just too good to pass up. SBD's can make some of the most hardcore classmates ex. bully's buckle at the knees and cry for there mama..  |
