I've hit rock bottom on the emotional meter. No, I'm not suiciding, I'm not that stupid, It's just going to be hard for me to keep up with stuff.

You need to find something that you enjoy and take a day out and do it. Maybe it's video games, your favorite Movies just have a Movie day.
Those are good ways to vent depression.
