You usually see better effort from a lower level. They have something to prove. Someone is always in the stadium when a scout on some level is always there looking at players but they watch the whole game whether you're the person they came to see or not.
That's what you have to play for. Once you get the highest level there's days you play to not get hurt and not lose your position or your salary.
It happens all the time. It really does.

I was always a Brett Farve fan, and am even more of one now that he is on the Vikings. ;D
I've been impressed with Farve, but not so much with the Vikings, especially lately. Actually, the Vikings barely beat the Packers those two games this year, and I'm not so sure they could beat them a third time.
I'd say the Eagles are playing the best in the NFC right now, with the Packers close behind.
I'm hoping for a purple Super Bowl---Vikings versus Ravens. It's a long shot to be sure.

Yeah, and I hope he kicks butt for 3 more games! ;D Well, I'd say the Cowboys have a chance at ending his season. I'd love to see him get another super bowl ring though. He would do all of old timers proud. ;D

I've gotten an earful from a couple guys at work all night how Brett's interception and how the Saints won that game.
It will still be a good superbowl.

You're right. But I must also admit that during 15 years on a baseball field nomatter how badly we messed up we sometimes pulled it out anyway. So did opponents at times.
