www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28253624The fact that such a thing is possible is impressive I have to admit that. However the thought of this is just weird in a lot of ways too. They say everybody has a twin or 2. Sure we have all been somewhere and been positive we saw someone we knew and at the last moment realized that this was not who we thought it was. Imagine the face transplant. That opens the door to a lot of possibilities. I'm awed by this. I know what you're all thinking, 'don't worry Phil nobody would want to look like you.' The concept is just strange and interesting though all at once.

That's a little Frankensteinlike if you ask me.
I mean the face of someone else on the person of someone else is weird.
Sure the person wouldn't be exactly the other. If you put my face on Phil we might have about the same size head but the skeletal facial framwork would be different so my features would not repruduce exactly over Phil's skull.
But he would no longer look like the Phil we all have come to know and love either. But his eyes and teeth would remain because this operation is only a flesh transplant.
It's still creepy. It's like a Frankenstein movie.
