All right, I suppose that people are going to shurg their shoulders at me a bit and say 'we are well aware that you didn't vote for him therefore nothing he does or says will be right to you.'
That's not true. It is possible to win me over if your actions impress me.
However It appears as though Obama has chosen Hillary Clinton for secretary of state.
While I have liked George Bush as a President for the most I still have to agree with an element of people who are saying there has been either a Bush or a Clinton on every ticket since 1980. That would be the majority of my life and all of most of the forum's members lifetime.
For the 1st time in 28 years upon Hillary's unsuccessful bid for the nomination and we end up probably getting her anyway in the cabnet.
Obama's whole theme for running was to be about change. A whole new attitude and new ideas. Yet so many of his people are former Clinton administration officers and likely our secretary of state is going to be Hillary.
....Whats the point of all this? To have experienced people on the cabnet? If so then where is the 'change?' You can't have it both ways. Experienced people and a change of government are conflicting goals they fight against each other. You can't get both.
Having Hillary on the cabnet could only prevent her from challenging Obama in a primary in 2012, that's the only advantage I would see.

Hillary is a truly awful person but even the Clintons aren't as far to the left as Obama.
