Guys, it's not the Banker's fault - completely.
In 1994 the DNC demanded that the banks allow those who were not able to afford huge mortgages to acquire home loans, or else be fined huge amounts for discrimination.
The banks were forced into a corner by the Democrats and so they came up with the 'Adjustable Rate Mortgage' and Sub-prime loan in order to obey.
Now, the Democrats are berating the bankers for allowing people who couldn't afford the load to get them in the first place.
It's circular.
It would be like you selling your own child a car where you knew the transmission was going to go out in 6 months. When the transmission goes out in 7 months you blame the kid for hot rodding and burning the car up.
That's liberalism: "It's not my fault! It's the other guy!.......that I made do it...."

The Buyer in my YouTube blog. A glass can be half full or half empty as the old saying is. But if there's a 12oz glass whether it's half full or half empty by your estimation there's 6 oz of water in the glass either way.
If somebody else has this straw that if you use it the 6oz of water will be as refreshing as 2 gallons you have to be smarter than that than to believe such an outlandish thought.

I see that as I believe; most Americans believe that "what they have is all they'll ever attain".
They forget that America was built on the backbone of do'ers. People who struggled with little until they attained fortunes.
Democrats are trying to put us all into this state of laziness. The 'I'll never win' attitude.

i think the bankers do hypnotize the buyers a little. It's still the buyers job to know how much they can afford to pay each month though.
If you don't like your dinner you can try putting salt on it but the real change is in make something else if it's that bad. Seriously. If you go into a game thinking you can't win why bother to play?

I am still leaning bankers because they are there to offer a consultation. Theres so many people that got their bonus or commission and bailed.
They most likely knew that the buyer was not going to be able to afford the purchase.
I remember my power loss light was on and my car wouldnt run. My dad said you have a map sensor problem. He turned the key on 3 times I think and then he put some machinery on it to confirm or specify what he was saying. But I would not have been able to read that so I had to take his word for it. But he does make his living to know that so I had to assume he was right.
Yeah I know all about assume. ;D
Its just if he said it was a map sensor and that didnt fix it and then tried another part and another and another it would cost me hundreds of dollars to get to the bottom of something, if he is right right away maybe only about $100.
Not gambling with the customers money is part of the professionalism that the bankers did not provide here.

Kimm, let me put this in your perspective.
You're a teacher, yes?
Let's say that you were going to teach a class full of impressionable 8th graders all about the Boston Tea Party...
You know how that 'really' went, right? A bunch of white citizens dressed as Native Americans boarded a ship from England and dumped crates of tea into the Boston Harbor.....
What if the Principle of your school told you that you had to tell the kids that the tea accidently fell overboard during a strong wind and that everyone on the shore swam out into the water and had a fun time in the tea tainted waters?
Do you believe historians, who've researched this subject for ages? Or, do you believe the......I'm just going to come out and say it....'Democrats' who don't want to hurt anyone's feelings and want everyone to grow up to become ignorant, loyal voters?

Very good Mahnarch. But if Im following this analogy correctly the students are the buyers?
The principal is the bank and Im the banker. I think thats how it would translate. Im being told that the I have to say that the tea just blew overboard. The students would not know any better than what they were taught (by the banker)
In that case I would say that the bank is mostly at fault for presenting it that way even if Im involved under pressure. If I taught something that was not true even begrudgingly I still did it knowing that was not the truth.
Most 8th graders no offense to them would not bother to think about how off the wall this wind blowing the tea overboard is and would just believe what you tell them. That would make it the buyers fault. But then again they are 8 th graders 13 or 14 years old.
That still makes it a shared blame to me.

Hmm, *rubs his 5 O'clock stubble* Good point. Bad analogy. Kudos.
Let's say that the kids have an inkling from Nickelodean and/or PBS and/or parents about the real history so they have a reasonable doubt about what you're saying, yet, they still decide to follow what you say.
They know they can't "afford" to accept this history but, they do, anyway because it's an easy 'A'. The poor know they can't "afford" a house, based on their bank account history but, they do, anyway because it's an easy buy.
HA! Fixed!
Kimm! You're to be my Press Secretary in 2012! You've got a good head on your shoulders - and a good blade in your right hand.

I have no problem with the government sending money for disaster relief. I don' think they should have bailed out the banks. The gov always has more money than they tell you and whenever they need more tax hikes and imposed fees raise it faster.
