I'm currently working at a restaurant. I got hired as a receptionist at a local business, but don't start until some time in January because that is when they're current receptionist retires or moves away, whatever it is, so I'm working at this restaurant for extra money.
Anyway a couple weeks ago I met the owner for the first time, (usually he only comes over once a month, since he owns 11 restaurants total) and I was doing some prep work before we opened. As I was cutting tomatoes in the back room, the owner was in the back room with me, and he was talking to the maintenance man who was changing a light bulb in the walk-in freezer. In the middle of the conversation, the owner let out this belch that was so loud, it echoed throughout the back room, and I'm sure it could be heard out front. I had a pretty hard time trying not to laugh, since I had just met him, and he's also the boss.
