Last night after work I rode out to a local pond to go fishing. Perfect evening, 75 and sunny with a light breeze. I set down on the bank under a shade tree and cast my line out. Some geese fly in and land on the water. Ducks and beaver are swimming all over the pond. A nice peaceful evening to enjoy. The pizza I had for lunch decided it was time to let off a little steam......Pbbblllllaaaaaattttpoppoppop.......SPLASH and I am covered with pond water. I had scared a beaver that was swimming right below me and he slapped the water with his tail! Do not fart on the beaver

Scaring that poor little guy. Unless the tail splashing the water was a High Five in Beaver language. Maybe that's what it was.

I was a little worried due to the title, but it was a funny post! I bet like Blast said, it gave you high five for the fart!

Hmm, might not have been a beaver, at all.
I bet the percussion from your 'rip tide' created a splash that came back up at you - not unlike dropping a stone (or a duece) into a body of water.

That's a good one. I'll bet the beaver was giving you a high five.
