This morning was a shock as of what she had done, but before I tell you guys about what she did. I need to tell you this: Our aunt and uncle have been living in this house for a while. They lived in the guest room of the house as they "don't have anywhere else to go". Since we moved in, we were able to live in the main part of the house, knowing that my dad had more rights since he actually paid for the house itself. My aunt and uncle know that it isn't their house but apparently my aunt wants us out. For a really long time (say 3 years) she has been annoying us and especially my mom by breaking our things and spying on us. She even scratched out pans. She does it whenever she has the chance so we just have to be careful.
Although, what she did today was something that made her cross the line.
This morning when my mom went to the kitchen she went to the stove to make her breakfast like every day. She is about to open open the gas when she noticed that ALL THE KNOBS WERE OPEN ALL THE WAY. It was like she wanted to kill us or something! Which I definitely don't doubt as she is capable of doing those kinds of things. I also know that my uncle owns a gun (or I've been told). So now I'm afraid of my own home.

This is an outrage. If she left the burners open on purpose this person is sick. If she did it accidentally that degree of carelessness can not be tolerated.
This is a decision your parents and you must make. But the house is yours naturally if your father paid for it. I think that with the info I have if I were your father I would say to I assume his brother?
'Brother, you and I will do anything for eachother we have since we were children and that pact is unbreakable. But when you and *insert wife's name* came to live here it was a short term solution because you had nowhere else to go. Our relationship has had created tense moments and this time it has gone too far. Turning the gas on without the burners on is subjecting my sons to danger that I can not have. This could have been a tragedy thank God nothing happened but everybody could have been asphyxiated, or there could have been an explosion.
So I would say it's time for the 2 of you to find your own place to live.'
That's what I would do.

Seconded.
There is no written contract, I assume. There is no rent being paid, either?
I'm using U.S. laws, here but, if you want them out you can probably call the police and have them escorted off the premises - with 'moving out time' supervised by the local Sheriff's Department.
You could also press 'Endangerment to Life and Limb' charges, if you wanted to go that far.
Just threatening that could be enough to make them move out.
Also, if he has guns - you get guns. No de-clawed cat ever wins a fight with one who isn't. [Alternatively: "Never bring a knife to a gun fight"]

More importantly, never bring a gun to a Chuck Norris fight.

Call the police right away! Even if you cannot prove it you will have an official record on file. Give them the details and they will have knowledge of your Aunt's behavior and God forbid something really bad happens they will know where to look.

I agree with everybody here though don't just shrug this off as 1 of those things and hope it will be ok after this. I don't believe it will. You have to get rid of this person.

I agree with Beangirl, Phil and everybody. It's important to get this person out of your house.

Has she always been crazy? Do you think your uncle is scared of her and won't stand up for his family? I'd say definately contact some kind of authority, I'm not sure how you would deal with it because you're in a different country. Since they're guests, your father has a right to kick anybody out doesn't he?

There is one problem though.
The law here protects them as well.
According to the law, it says that a person who lives in a house/apartment for more than a year cannot be taken out by any way unless they decide to move out. They've been there for more than a year.
We have decided to weld iron bars on the entrance door, and windows to our side of the house, as well as that we are going to install double locks on them too.

When I first saw your post about the law, my chin dropped. But if you can use bars to separate their space and yours that might be the next best thing.

I hope that something that ensures safety will be established. That's the most important thing right now.

Frick. My father crossed the line a few weeks ago. He got his van window smash3d. You don't screw with my mom, and you don't screw with my laptop. That's all there is to it. I'd recommend you take a pointy object to your aunt's _______ (Choose.Your.Own.Body.Part). Srsly mate. That's not cool. _glitch_
