There's no chance of reasonable doubt, there's no chance of a defense because there are no circumstances that could make what he did right so fry this bum and don't waste everybody's time and money.

I vote for life in prison. I will gladly pay the taxes to keep this bum in prison for the hell he put those kids into. Bubba and his buddies over in cell block nine will enjoy reforming Josef  |

I agree he shouldn't have injection or anything that is peaceful and painless he should suffer at least somewhat.
