This woman took K-Mart to court for a hundred bucks plus court costs? Some people don't have enough to do.
Gee whiz. You either pay the tax or buy that particular item elsewhere. No lets get some lawyers together and bring a retailer to court for toilet paper tax.
To each their own I guess. I wouldn't find it worth it though.
