If you're just showing how large a picture can be, yeah mine takes the same resolution photos. If you did use macro, then it doesn't look as good as mine. I took a similar picture and it came out clearer, granted it didn't look too great either. I'd post it but I'm to lazy to find a host for 3.8 meg files. Meh.
I'd like to go to a car show or something and take some pics. I'd like to see what kind of editing I could do to them.
Skier, what res do you usually take pictures at? I usually just do 640x480. I can take a little over 2800 of them.

I usually take full-size photos, and scale them down afterwards. It takes very little work, I can keep the full-size pictures in case I ever find a use for them, and I can pretty much make photos into whatever resolution I need. And yeah, the detail's a little blurry at that size. That photo's not editted in any way, so hasn't been sharpened or any of that fancy stuff. I've only run across a Lambo Countach since I've gotten the new camera, but I took my old ghetto one to a car show way back when... It was like paradise. They had Nobles, Lotus, all the big names, and the Challenger. And they let me sit in an Aston Martin

I shrunk the photo of my eye down to 640x480. No edits other than that. You can see my contact lens and the relflection of my eyelashes. pwesome.

You took some beautiful pictures but the Bird was my favorite.

The first of many. Or just a couple. Depending on how interested you are.

Something just seems a little... odd about that Countach. It's probably genuine, but a tiny bit of me says kit car. I prefer the lines of the Diablo a little better.
Out of '80s supercars though I prefer the Ferarri F40. That thing was pretty much two racing seats slapped onto a twin turbo V8. *Drool*

So it has a couple styling variations from the original. I personally like the Diablo much more. They're just, well... rare. Yeah, I know, and bears dump in the woods too. But I've only seen two countachs, and no diablos, ever. Seen a ton of Gallardos, though. I pass by the dealership every now and then, but not too often. I'd get in accidents The 80's Ferraris were great. I'm not too fond of Ferrari's new direction, but their old cars had a certain flare to them that nothing could really match.

So wrong... but it's a free country. Yeah, I'm a illegitimate child when it comes to that stuff, I'll admit. People already tried to convince me the car was too awesome for that template, and it probably is. Unless, you're not referring to the car.
