I got this idea, and I kept playing with it. So here's how it goes. Somewhere on lewasite, there is a picture, when you click on that picture, you get sent to a link to PM me a special code. If you find that first you win stuff.  When I put it up, I won't say what image your really looking for. It'll just be out of place. It could be a dancing domo-kun at the bottom of one of rylan's posts. Or an ice cream cone. Or whatever. This is a FULL message board hunt. Not just limited to one board. (it will not be on: this board, the LSC board, or the Mod Warz board, for obvious reasons) The prize is a signature signed by all of the CC staff, and for about 1 week, the logo will say {winner's name}site (like Veretsite), and in small letters under it will be "(actully, it's really lewasite)". To make things more interesting, I'll also set up trap images. Like they will send you to a LSN page, with a counter with different quotes from people saying "Haha! You got fool!" (like spartan will probably say "H4h4! j00 g0t ph00l3d") I know this post is clutered, but what do you think? |

Some things need to be done first.
1. I will PM sizzley to make me a temp g-mod, so I don't have to ruin someone's fun
2.I will update LSN to include this.
Should I put some news up on the gen board too? Like a link to the Scavenger hunt page on LSN?
Also, in addition, if it takes long, I will put up 1 or 2 boards it's not on, and add to that list as it takes longer.

I like it, but you should announce it only on LSN not LS.

Well, what was the point of posting it? Now we all know about it, and nobody else does! And we can participate. don't you think people will be a bit suspicious if they see "Kurtsite?"

Anywho, you should make a thread saying this instead of an article at lsn.

EDIT: I also noticed that even staff members, not naming any names of course* have stopped coming.

I'm still working out the quirks. The first Staff member to find it will get the Honor "Nosy" Award on LSN. I'm planing Bios for staff member too. Each link (weather it's fake or not) will be an image that's 32x32 pixels. If that's too small then 42x42 pixels. Each pic will be different. A PM will be sent out asking for you to say "You got fooled" in your own way. (i.e. I would have "Thou art has been Foolyed! Gwahaha!") All these quotes will be put into one hidden page. A count will be at the bottom, along with a link back to LS. Once a week, starting the week after it began, a new in the Fad will go up telling you to check the new places its not in. To get LSN more involved in it, I will notify Dark Soul in the chat where it is. You guys can try to get some info from him.  Team are NOT allowed, so don't gang up with your friend and hope to have the glory split between them. Giving help to people (i.e. saying 'it's not in the CC board' to someone) is not allowed. Even when you do do that, you decress the chace you have to win. |
