Vix: Which way do you play guitar? I'm a 'right handed' player, myself. It just feels more natural that way, though the 'hard part' is done with the left. I play the ordinary right handed guitar. I'm used to it because when I played the violin my orchestra teacher wouldn't let me bow with the left hand, but I found a great advantage: I have better fingering. Plus: On a computer keyboard, I can type faster because the most important letters on the English language are on the LEFT side of the keyboard. haha!

There are lots of people who throw with the left hand and bat left. Occasionally the other way around too but not so much for some reason.
I throw and bat right.
But I find it rather common that the favored hand varies from event to event. I have known people to throw with left and write with right.
I see Dan mentioned someone like that I guess we have the same few goofs.

I found out, recently, that I favor the right hand for giving the bird to other drivers.
but, I honk my air horn with the left at the same time.
You know what that means?
NO ONE IS STEERING THE SEMI!!!!!!
lol..

Knees are useless at that time!!! lol.

haha one time I was on a field trip back in elementary. We saw a truck next to us and did that "honk the horn" arm thing. The driver gave us the finger. lol.

I remember a time our team bus was being taunted on our way out of a ball park parking lot. Fans who were against us were throwing things are saying stuff. When the bus left the gate we turned right immediately having to go past that crowd again but at least this time there was a chain link fence between us. About five of the players mooned the taunters from the bus windows. The team was issued a fine for their conduct but it was kind of funny. This discussion has come a ways from lefthanded or righthanded. hahaha.

Classic,
Your driver didn't dump the sewage valve while going over a bridge that day, did he?!
I actually look forward to 'the horn honking gesture'. It's usually school buses [football teams] and church vans.
Sometimes I get a kid in a car or truck but, those are rare.
I remember growing up and me and my sister would always do 'the gesture'. I always wanted to be on the other end of that horn - and now I am.
I honk at cows who stare at me as I pass, too. [you'd be amazed at the amount of cows who do stare..... WHY?! The lights, maybe? The sound? Who knows.]
... I also honk at deer who are thinking about crossing the road in front of me. They usually run away in time.
The horn didn't save an oppossum the other day though. He was in my lane. Car coming the other way..... I never felt him, and I'm sure he never felt me.
I hate hitting animals. I mean, he's on his way - looking for food, or going to visit a friend when "SPLAT!" Sometimes you can't help it, though.
Reminds me of last years fall time. I had a cat run out in front of me. I positioned the truck so he'd pass (safely) under me. What did the idiot do?!! He ran back for the middle of the road after my front wheel passed over him (safely)
The last thing I saw in my mirror was a tail wagging in the air while a furry mat was stuck to the road.
Sad.

At least you didn't want to hurt the cat. Even if you did, its good to hear that you felt sorry for doing so.

That's sad animals don't always have logic though. They react and that's about it. Hey that just about describes half the guys I work with.
