This is old for me, Hell I was just 3 years old when this one came out ;D, The New York Dolls, Jet Boy for those who like some Punk and/or actually in this case one of the several band's that influenced what became known as Punk. As I think I mentioned before I don't really have a favorite artist or even music style for that matter. I could just as easily be listening to Bill Monroe, Billy Holliday, Black Sabbath, Tammy Wynette, Howling Wolf,The Yarbirds anything in between, Well you probably get the picture ;D Many artist and bands have tune's I love and then those that are just so-so in my book. Don't dislike much of anything tho www.youtube.com/watch?v=k2cQPln0Fr8

Wow, that clip brought back some memories! I bought a New York Dolls album in 1974 called Too much Too soon. I was 14 at the time and I still have the album. Fun music

I like older kinds of stuff. Eagles are my favorite.
I have the same go-arounds with my son that my parents had with me. I mentioned that Jason likes some Hiphop and I don't. I said that it's like when I was his age my parents didn't like the rock I listen to.
I mentioned that and tc23 said 'your son just has bad taste in music.' I agree sometimes his taste in music is somewhat lacking.

I have a huge collection of music. I basically listen to all kinds of music, except for rap, hip hop, disco, and emo (aka sad punk rock). My favorite band from back then would have to be The Kinks, but I also love a ton of 80s songs, and some 70s songs.

Johnny Horton. My father had 8 tracks with Johnny Horton there were 3 of his songs on the tracks.
The Bizmark, Battle of Orleans, and North To Alaska. Good pick, Blastgirl.
