For our Michigan forum members there's a explanation to da Yoopers. U.P.er is a term for Michigan's upper penninsula. These guys are from that part of the state and they slanged it for humor but that's what 'Yooper' means in this case.
They are funny.

I remember being up north once for vacation. It's so pretty, the nature and all. That wasn't the U.P. though, it was just the north of the south, you know what I mean. Anyway, that band is so funny! The made a diarrhea song that had me in stitches. I doubt there's a video for it, but it's hilarious. That and the beer gut song, good comedy. ;D

Uh?? Pardon my dumbness. But what" Upper Peninsula" is there in Michigan? Don't you have to have water to have a Peninsula.? Oh!! are you talking about Lake Michigan.??

I believe Lake Superior in this case. The Keeweenaw Peninsula would be the Upper peninsula as in most North.

The U.P. is in about...this area. You do know that you can stand on the shore of Lake Michigan and not see the other side, right? It's kind of like the Pacific....only without the people-eating sharks all over the place!

There's a boat that takes people to Wisconsin by one of the beaches. I wonder how long it takes to get there? I was by the lake over the summer and forgot my camera, I'd have posted pictures otherwise.

There's two boats (ferries) now:
The Badger, out of Muskegon and Lake Express out of Holland.
They both take about 2 hours to cross; one to Milwaukee and the other to.....Waukegan, me thinks.
Personally, I'd like to ride on the U.S.S. Silversides, again.

He (Ensign Jason) didn't bootleg them from YouTube... he bootlegged them from ME!
I posted the "Rusy Chevrolet" video a couple of years ago on this thread, or my own.
I don't remember which one (but, SSHHHH!!! Don't let him know! Otherwise he could site "Common Usage Immunity" - and, if he uses those 'exact' words.....he could be exonerated from walking the plank - though, I'd hate to waste a good plank walking!)
.....I hope he 'never' finds out those words, though!

Youtube is sucking right now. They have the settings all @$$ backwards and it pauses. I'm sure they'll fix it but it's likely to take a few days for that to happen.
