I went to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA a few years ago. It was pretty fun.
I like Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH a lot better though. My family goes there every year because my dad works for Whirlpool and employees and their families can go for free on a certain day. Cedar Point has more roller coasters than any other amusement park on the planet, and it has some of the best.
Basically, everyone should go to Cedar Point because it pwns all other amusement parks.

Ive never been on a scary rollercoaster I want to, though. They're really not that scary. I would highly reccommend that you don't eat too much before you take the coasters that are suspended and then roll upside down though. Stand under them with a cup and collect the change that falls out of people's pockets.

I have never been to busch Gardens or Ceder Point. I would love to go to Disney World, but I never have beeen to it.
I do go to Canada's Wonderland a lot and every year in Toronto we have the Canadian Nation Expo, often called CNE for short and slangly called "The X" It's the national fair in Toronto every year and it's great.

new tallest/fastest coaster coming out! Kingda-Ka at Six Flags Great adventure, NJ. goes 0-128mph in 3.5 seconds, then is launched 456 feet into the air, the second Super coaster in the world (400+ feet)
thought I'd put that out there

Yes, Kingda-Ka was built by the same people who built the Top Thrill Dragster (world's first giga-coaster) at Cedar point. And guess what, Kingda-Ka is basically the same thing as the Top Thrill Dragster... pfft.

Some of the 6flag parks have the most famous coasters right now. I'd say Ohio has the most famous coasters right now. It definitely has the most famous wooden coaster, which is the Beast at King's Island. And as far as metal coasters go, I'd say Ohio takes it as well with Millenium Force (first coaster above 300ft and 90+ mph) and the Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar Point. The only problem with Cedar Point is that it's on an island, which means space is limited. It seems like something is moved every year for a new ride to fit in somewhere. Oh well, the place rocks my socks off.

I think when the park was built on the island they were sure it would be plenty big enough but things like that grow.
Disney Land had that problem too in California. The park soon maxed out the land that was available. Disney World in Florida has miles and miles and it's own throughway.
Busch Gardens is a good retreat and I can drive it in about 7 hours and they're opend everyday during spring break. So I took a couple days off and we went.

ive been to six flags mexico. It has the tallest wooden coaster in latin america. Along with superman ultimate escape the largest coaster overall in latin america. Both are awsome I rode all of the coasters in one visit so awsome. But there was another boomerang omg I never knew they were internacional. I've heard of the first tallest and fastest coaster in the world. It came out before king-da-ka. Its called Top Thrill Dragster. The design is just like King da ka. I luv getting coaster info there was an awsome website on it I think it was www.coastergallery.comWait King-da-ka is the fastest and tallest. Nevermind but top thrill dragster is the second.

I didn't read the list end to end but there must be 50 different parks owned by 6-Flags. Now how cool of a business would that be to be into?
I have theme parks and own 500 of the fastest rollercoasters in the world.
I have some understanding of the mechanics of the coasters. I work for a railroad. And tracks and wheels for trains need constant attention. I bet the coasters do too because they're more or less a version of a train.

(so spartan doesn't get angry) Top thrill dragster was first, but of course, 6-flags didn't want to be second in anything. So they took the same design and made it about 40 feet taller and a little faster.

If your into roller coasters, yeah, cedar point is definately(?) the way to go. I live in Ohio, so I've been there a few times. Its awesome! BUt if you want something thats going to be a bit more all-arround enjoyable, I saw to to williamsburg Virginia. Bush gardens is great for *older* people, such as phil or my parents.
