I like how they say that a paper can save you from radiation.  lol At 1 minute 37 seconds it centers on an African American and says "Just as we are ready for many other dangers around us" |

That's for the weakest form of radiation. Alpha radiation can be blocked by paper, I forgot what was needed for blocking beta radiation, and gamma radiaiton requires cement blocks.

I did some research and it is to protect you against flash burns.
...But if you saw the flash, the flash burn part would be over....
