Ok, that was actually pretty amussing. And it's something that i've played around with too. Usually when asked "how's it go'n" I like to say "good, how bout you're self" or something like that if there's time. If it's just in passing I may respond with "good", which is also my answer to "s'up".
Sometimes, however, I just whip out a GAU-8 Avenger and friggen go to town on anything that moves/doesn't move/exists and then respond with some dry, cool comment before walking off into the sunset. But that only works in the evening.
