i have wondered why people do this also. the garbage can was invented for these sorts of thing. that's sick for someone to leave raw chicken in the store. I was at five guys a few days ago and they were taking out the trash so they took the garbage cans out for 5 minutes to empty it when I was leaving. so I went outside and threw it in a garbage can. I could never just leave my trash there. I am a adult I know better then to make people clean up my own messes.
