I just downed the massive shot of whiskey that I promised myself nearly ten years ago as a fourteen year old boy watching two towers burns and collapse. I promised that I would celebrate the death of the son-of-a-Hillary Clinton responsible with a nice big shot of whiskey the day I heard the news. And today it happened. Pakistani intelligence told United States military forces where the Al Qaeda compound was, and finally allowed them in to kill them. Bin Laden was found, shot, killed, and his body was captured.
Obama just finished speaking on television. I haven't felt this warm in a long time, especially during the dark days of the Obama Administration. But tonight, I can feel good.
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE U.S. MILITARY!!

I learned the good news when my friend sent me a text. I didn't believe her at first, then she called me. It's certainly something worth celebrating. I raise my bowl of cereal to you all, lol. However, I hate to be a wet blanket, but you know some new creep could take his place. I hope not.

Some creep could take his place, you're right, but at least that creep is out of the picture. That's not to say we wouldn't be dealing with a different scum of the earth another time. But a 9 1/2 year quest is finallly ended with the killing of that scumfuk!

There's a lot of people who are not ready to believe this but I do. I also understand why they waited til now to reveal this news.
This way there wasn't anybody to interfere with the mission before it was complete

I will definitely be making a video to discuss my take on this. I would have done so already but Sunday when I found out I was at work and then yesterday I just didn't get the chance. Im not sure if I'll get the chance to day either but I will within the next few days.

I know that Bin-Laden being killed doesn't mean the end of Al-Qaeda though. There's always relief pitchers and assistant managers to step in and run the team.
I do think that the major player has been eliminated and this is a major step toward victory for the free world in the war on terror.

They've already talked about his possible successors. One of which is a New Mexico native. What gives there?
Oh well. I remember from the time this happened that Bin-Laden's 1st name had 2 spellings. Osama and Usama. It was mostly illustrated with the O until recently when our President became Obama. I guess they don't want those 2 mixed up so the mainstream media has gotten so they mostly spell it Usama.

I know some people are not convinced that this story is real. I am confident that they really did get him. I also understand not talking about it until they had accomplished the mission. That being to kill Bin-Laden, make sure he was dead, (DNA can do that) I'm sure there's photos and DNA proof there's no need to hold the body. And possession of the body could lead to more warfare that we didn't need.
I have no problem with the way it was handled. Presumably this is on the level here.
Is Al-Qaeda through? Doubtful. There's always new leaders and replacements understudies back up players or by any other name.
However having played sports all my life including professionally I am fully aware of how losing a major player can devastate a team. Unless the successor to Bin-Laden is equally dynamic through the network I'd say Al-Qaeda as we know it is devastated and will soon dissolve.
Obviously that's not to live happily ever after. Eventually another extremist will have another objective round up a regime and there will be other wars and terrorist networks to fight against. But this will likely be a big step toward putting terror in remission.

I am delighted too. Its not that I really want people to die but that guy caused so much to so many that this is the only justice possible for him.

There's conspericy believers already saying that Osama Bin-Laden wasn't really killed. W
What I don't get is the conspiracy believers who think that the jet planes never hit the towers and the towers were just blown up as an excuse.
How do you face people who lost family members not only inside the World Trade Centers but also passengers of the planes themselves. How do you explain that to neighbors or whoever was on sidewalks and saw it happen. You can tell the rest of us the film is fake. They make movies with effects that don't really happen.
But the rest is just an insult to the intelligence of the rest of us by saying it was staged and we all bought it.

Conspiracy theory again? Oh no! There are and always will be an element of doubt. I grew up with the press chasing partially senile old women saying they believe this woman to be Emilia Erhart. Some out of touch elderly man to be John Kennedy saying he wasn't really killed. Most of that has faded finally because by now they would have more than likely finished their natural life span.
Elvis Presley sightings when I was in middle and high school were ramped. My junior year there was a group in Texas hot on his trail. There was another Elvis impersonator called Sivle Noraa they said that's Elvis Aaron spelled backwards its an alias he uses. Like a man in hiding would imitate himself.
So Usama Bin-Laden sightings may get some publicity for the next 25-30 years however long it takes for his natural life span to come to its probable conclusion.

Its amazing how the simple sight of someone can make you so angry. Bin Laden being one of those such persons.

Has anyone noticed how pretty much EVERY reporter has screwed up saying Obama instead of Osama - sometimes several times without correcting themselves?
It's funny.

I think it's amusing that the major media outlets are using "Usama" instead of "Osama" because the Osama spelling is very close to Obama. Ha ha! And I also find myself saying Osama and Obama interchangeably.
Now that it's been a week, I want to know why bin Laden was a few hundred yards from the main military base in Pakistan. And any and all funding we provide to Pakistan should be immediately cut off until we find out.
As for Obama's 60 Minutes interview, he was quite typical with the I I I me me me crap until he said something at the end that I actually agreed with. He said that anyone that doesn't think bin Laden got what he deserved needs to have their head examined. While this doesn't mean I'm going to be voting Osama...darn it... OBAMA in the 2012 election, I did agree with that statement. I don't think the fat socialist Michael Moore liked it much, since he was blabbering on between bites of Krispy Kremes that Osama was unfairly executed and should have been put on trial. Yeah, so he could rot in prison on taxpayer time and dime and receive his dialysis on our expense. I hate Michael Moore. Him and Sean Penn should both go live in Venezuela, Cuba or even North Korea where they belong.

That's been happening and that's why they've used the Usama instead of Osama spelling. I do remember both spellings being used from the beginning.
