My computer has been tied up for the last hour so Kim could draw this.  I rolled my eyes and said OH GEE but for someone who is not an artist and doing it with a click of a mouse it's not too bad. And this too. Goodness gracious  |

...I look even taller when i'm wearing a bonnet:    I also look tired. It was our last day in Colorado and the night before we had been partying pretty hard with the Marine Corps. I've tended to picture lewa as a tubby blond guy with fair skin. |

I pictured Lewa as kind of a little guy but I don't know why.
I pictured Phil (before the youtube videos) as being real big like NFL lineman big. He isn't a small guy but I had a bigger person in mind.
I had a vision of im_an_alien as looking like an Extra-Terrestrial being. He posted a picture though so he has definitely taken Earthling form.

I always thought of Blastgirl and Kim looking like their farts avatars, Phil a bit older and gray, and Demona had many golden arms. Mahnarch will always wear an eyepatch in my mind.
I've already posted my picture on this site, but if you haven't seen it, what would you picture?

Because of the avatar that I had people always projected me as being older.
I assume most people are aware of the explanation but I didnt' see an avatar that looked like me but that 1 looked a lot like my father so I picked it. That avatar looked like Steve Martin, and my father kind of looks like Steve Martin. So that's the story behind that.
Stinkerbell, I had pictured you as a blonde. But your picture shoudln't disappoint anybody.

I guess people rarely look like you expect them to.
I had Phil pegged for a tall lanky guy with light hair, instead he turns out to be about 5'10" husky and dark haired.
He had described his build once or twice before You Tube though.
I'm sure Pumpkin doesn't look like a Jack O' Lantern but that's the avatar and name he has posted so that's how I picture him. SlippyO was told by some people that they expected him to be a fat green kid.
I perceive Lewa as tall husky and very assertive.
I think a hand full of members expected Sizzlepop to look like a rabbit too.

It's amazing what people expect from an Avatar. There have been times a Member will join and take an Avatar used by another well known Member and post something.
Other people will respond to the post thinking it was made by the original user.

OH, I hate it when that happens.
That's why I support custom avatars, instead of a pre-fab list.
I don't know how many times I've posted, thinking I was talking to someone else.
The avatar is the bigger part. Sometimes the names are tiny and hidden in titles or sigs.

I pictured classicblast as about 6ft.
I pictures Phil as a real big guy. he is pretty big but I thought he would be real huge and I sort of pictured phil being older than he is.
I dont have many pictures of myself.
I have my hair shorter now but when its grown out I get told I look like shaggy in Scooby Doo.
My hair is like a strawbarry blond/red and when I grow it out its waivy and kind of messy. I'm kind of boney so I get called Shaggy someitmes.

I could picture you with a Harley Davidson, Mahnarch. You wouldn't be far off. The Kz1000 is the Japanese HD Actually, now a days, the Vulcary is the Japanese HD, but mine's a '77. The Jap HD of '77...lol. The '77 Kaw Kz1000 is the bike from the old show 'CHiPS'. Ponch and John rode them. |
