I decided to try out my new Eee PC netbook. 800 miles from home, setting outside my motel room. 7935 foot elevation and 80 degrees now.....will drop into the 40's tonight Granby, Colorado will be my home for a few days!

I think it would be a great deal of fun to take a vacation trip on a motorcycle.
I'm sure it would limit the amount of luggage you can bring but a long road trip on a bike would be great.

Phil, this little guy is making sure I do not get to much sleep in my motel room ;D He is about 150 yards from my room and at night they use 3 engines to haul the porta pots over the mountain.

o that would be the best vacation ever to ride a motorcycle in west colorado
your in the best part of the country for canyons and mountains.
the whole country is nice for scenic pictures but that might be the best as far as the bike trip would go.

Good thing Suzy holds over 5 gallons of liquid dinosaurs I average 48MPG so I will make that lonely stretch of road.

Looking at your pictures reminds me of the mini series 'Long Way Round' with Ewan McGregor and one of his actor friends riding their motorcycles around the world. If you get the chance to watch that series on DVD, please watch it. It's really good.
