Dan its ok to be set in your ways but stubborn is something else.
I have methods of doing things that work and I prefer to do things that way because they work for me. That is not to say that a different way can not also be a good way.
But running out of gas when you're 75 years old and car knowledgeable you know what you're driving is low but to insist you can go another 20 miles and find out the hard way you can't is something different again.
God bless my dad what can I say?

Isn't a T-Bird a smaller car? Well I'm sure a Semi Truck driver can manage a car of any size.
I would like to see a picture Phil. I love nice polished old cars. ;D

T-bird sizes depend on the year.
I'm pretty sure that; after handling big #90 with a 53 footer, I'd be able to handle his T-bird.
Plus, I have my Torino to hold up for coladiral...

This T Bird is about the same length as a Torino but it's lower to the ground. Its about the same length as the Torino but it would have less passenger space but slightly more exaggerated trunk and hood area lines.
I'll try to YouTube it this weekend.

OMG! We had a 63 T-Bird when I was a kid! We bought it in 1967. it Was a sweet ride! Pearl White in color. A two door with white vinyl bucket seats. Skirts for the tires and power everything. It had air conditioning which was awesome at the time.
