Yep. That means only about a month before the summer as we know it ends. I can't believe how fast it goes.
Jason my oldest will be going into 5th grade and my 2nd son will be turing 4 this month and will start pre school 3 days a week this year.
What will you do for the last portion of the summer?

I can't believe it either.
Classic has managed to pull out a good season and so far injury free. Knock twice on table.
They have a quiet handshake agreement that he will get a two year contract extension after the season. Granted there are no guarantees but it looks like that will happen right now.
There's only about six more weeks in the season for minor League baseball. (There's about twenty-two less games in Minor League ball.)

I'm going to grade 12 once the school year starts up. So far I've had the Year of Depression, the Year of Oddities, and the Year of Apathetic Confrontation. I'm making this year the Year of the Burnout.

It still beats the year of chronic bedwetting. Being a 3 year old sucks. EDIT: Dammit Peon, you ninja'd your post right before mine.

I enjoy the summer because I like to go to a cabin on my off days.
I do some iceskating and skiing in the winter but I really like the summer and I do hate to see it end.
On a side note, bed wetter is a term we use at work to desctibe whoever is complaining. That person gets told to stop bed wetting.
On a serious note I have heard of people to have that problem even into their teens it can be a control problem.

Complainer=Bedwetter? That's a hoot! I know bedwetting for real is something that's not the person's fault, but it's still funny to imagine.

Bad news if funnier if it doesn't happen to us, eh.

I didn't, could somebody please explain this incredibly complex joke? I mean, only like a scientist could figure that kind of complex series of sentences!

I know everybody starts school at different times. My kids start the Wednesday that follows Labor day but they don't end the school year until about June 20.
It seems that most people from this forum who are in school start late this month.

This Summer seemed to fly by faster than ever before. I realize I probably say that every year, but it really seems that way this year.
