Hehe, the basics of the technique is easier than it sounds Kimm. ^^ But making it sound powerful and good takes a lot of practice. The easiest way to learn it is to think about the sound you make when youre tired after a long day, and you just drop down on the couch and go "urh". The vibrations created in your throat when you do it are the basics of the technique. I sound like a dying giraffe at the end of my day, sometimes. Mahnarch: "Aaauuggh".Soldier 1: "What was that?Soldier 2: "I don't know. It sounded like a dying giraffe. Let's go check it out!

I've never heard a giraffe mutter out its last breath either.
All right I realize it was an anology I'll stop teasing Blix. So Blix how's Sotis the cat? She must be pretty old by now.

I listen to a lot of types of music, and the closest thing to metal that I listen to is Otep, Lamb Of God, Rob Zombie, and Meshuggah.

Meshuggah rules! I'm going to Oslo to see them Thursday the 9th of April. And as I've already stated, Lamb of God is just awesome.

One thing, if this is your dream and you feel you can bring it far don't let anybody tell you otherwise. I might not be a New York Yankee or an LA Dodger but I'm 34 and still hitting a ball with a stick and plenty of people told me to give up this foolish dream and pursue a real job.

These guys are the closest thing to Slipknot I listen to. The singer has such a beautiful voice. The part that starts at 0:55 and ends at 1:20 is perfect!

I first remember hearing Meshuggah on 'The Osburne's' in the episode where they're having trouble with a neighbor playing their music at 2:00 am. Jack put a Meshuggah CD on, and played it at full blast for the neighbors. ;D Classic episode.

Oh, my brutal death metal band "Trollbrözht" is finishing up the demo as we speak. I'll post samples sometime after the festival next week. ^^ And it'll be launched for sale in a months time.

Ah, metal. I was an über metalhead back in the days before I discovered electronic music. May I present you all with one of the world's crowning works of loud, banging, awesomeness: Metroid Metal. (Listen to the stuff under "Metroid" first -- it's the original (and best)).
