That's a pretty deep thought Mist. I would like people to believe several things about myself. Obviously nobody is always right but I would hope that most people see me as someone who is right most of the time. And that my integrity is something you can rely on. That if I promise to do something you can feel as if it's already done.
That you can trust me to be as good as my word on what I promise. Trustworthy perhaps would be the single word if there is one.

do you ever wonder how you are being rememberd? I dont mean when you die or whatever because we are all pretty young here but what about when you go to summer camp or to school do they say I like that kid he was nice, he was funny or what a jerk
so if aido179 can make people smile that means they have good thoughts about you

I think that I would want to be thought of as someone with integrity.
I get similar feedback from this forum other discussion forums and youtube, most people think I'm a down to earth person.
I hope I am. I hope I do see things as they are. I think most people would see me as decisive and sure of myself.

I think one who makes others smile is a cheerful person in their minds. Definitely a good thing.

I mentioned that I would like people to think I'm sure of myself but also that I can provide good advice.
I was somewhat practiced before the kids were born because there's so much gap from me to my brother and sister I had some experience with kids before I had my own.
I hope that in the long run at least they all have found and will find my advice to be merited.

As the man who single handedly brought back a country from the depths of corruption and backwards thinking. Cleaning up the streets by providing jobs and flushing out lobbying corporate monopolies. And, finally, handing the country back to its citizens.
Where his people cheered his name as he passed in the streets before he was sniped in the head by an ex-Senator's hired hit man (an ex-Senator who was ironically anti-gun).
Then the masses will rise up, forming a mob against the former Senator and burn his mansion before decapitating him on his own, overgrown front lawn - because he couldn't hire Mexicans to landscape, anymore, and refused to pay proper wages to citizen companies.
....I mean COME ON!!!! A bail out is bad enough! But, to put in an ear mark for a CHILDREN'S ARROW MAKING company?!
Open, blatant thievery of tax payer dollars!!
You know what happens if I'm $100 off on my Tax Return? I get audited! But, a Senator can dish out $1.86mil in OUR money to a PLASTIC ARROW MAKING COMPANY??!!
People wonder why I have ulcers.

I would honestly prefer not to be remembered at all. Not in a bad context, of course, I just don't value the idea of someone putting a value on my being and life after I'm gone, good or bad. You all are an exception (known you a while) but anyone I know these days, nobody knows me well enough or even bothered getting to know me well enough to be worth the seat.
Sounds harsh but I'm meaning it in the most light hearted of ways, though the words may seem off right now. It's just that in the larger scheme of things, I would feel selfish accepting such praise when there are more important things going on out there.
Just me.

That's how it goes for most of us Maggs. You live our your life and when they put you in the ground some of us believe in Life everlasting but even for those of us that do, earthly beings move on with their life, maybe they mention you once or twice but that's just about it.
And even when they do mention you their memory can be inaccurate about what the say anyway.
So you have to approve of yoruself more than how other people remember how they think you are.
