This man locked up his daughter on a soundproofed cellar for 24 years, sexually abusing her. As a result of this, he is father to 7 of his grandchildren, whose dad is also their grandad. He burnt the body of an infant death, and kept two sons in the cellar for their whole life up to yesterday, who only justhave seen sunlight. One was excited to be in a real car, having only seen them on television. As far as I'm concerned somebody like this has no rights.
Find a nice tall tree and a short piece of rope and end it right there.
Instead there will be some kind of defense for how this wasn't really his fault but he read a bood when he was 15 and that made him think that was the right way to do things.
This guy has to go plane and simple.

What a sicko! What drives people to do things like that? But like Phil said, this guy just has to go, but he should have to endure the same torture that he put through those people first.

I believe that multiple homicide is grounds for capital punishment. Yay! Life in prison might be harder on this guy, though.

I don't think there's any rehabilitation for someone like that.

I think that capital punishment should never be used. I do, however, think that with the prisons being so comfy, with pool tables, playstations DVD's etc, that being inprisoned for the rest of your life is not harsh enough. Especially that in prison you get 3 free meals a day, some people couldnt ask for more.
There was a recent news story saying that prisoners are deliberately missing opportunities to escape, because of all that ^.

I'm forced to half agree and half disagree on this. I don't think capital punishment is the answer in this case because it shouldn't go to the capital.
I'm all for a justice system but this a scum like that have any rights? There's no chance he is not the right suspect or that what he is accused of is not true. So it's easy for me to say get rid of him.

not possuble, asyou cant die and have life inprisonment, unless you got killed the day you would die anyway, which would be stupid.

I know Tractakid doesn't believe in capital punishment. What do you think would be suitable for such a scum though?

Most of the time I agree with tractakid that a life for a life is not right. But this is a time I could see making an exception. I could see that some 20 years or more an attorney could try to make a legacy by showing you how much this guy has changed and how he could be good for society now or that he is such an old man he cant be harmful anymore. Id think he should be executed. tee hee hee.
